USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The user is responsible for all measures related to the ordering of goods: registration of the user account, posting of information in the account, password and confidentiality of the user account.
The user may not share his data and password with third parties. User data may only be used by the specific user (natural or legal entity) to whom it is assigned.
The user is prohibited from performing actions that threaten the security of the system. In the event of a violation, ariteh.eu reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services without prior warning and without explanation.
The user has the right to cancel the order at any stage of its execution, including within 14 days of receiving the product. More information can be found in the "Return Policy" section.
The procedure for submitting and examining a consumer's claim for a product or service that does not meet the terms of the contract, or for consumer rights and obligations, is set out in the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
By ordering the product, the user agrees that the processing of the data submitted by him is carried out in accordance with the personal data protection law.

ariteh.eu, in connection with the description of the goods and services, undertakes to ensure the receipt of the goods in the expected time and volume.

Supply of goods
Goods purchased in the ariteh.eu online store are delivered to buyers using Omniva or Latvijas Pasts delivery services. The buyer can also pick up the product at the ariteh.eu office in Marupe, Mārtiņmuiža.
The goods in the warehouse, according to ariteh.eu store samples, are prepared and delivered within 1-2 days. Usually, when using Omniva services, the goods reach the buyer within 4 working days from the moment of payment of the purchase.
Apmaksas kārtība
When shopping in the ariteh.eu online store, the buyer makes payments using the online payment system, paying with a payment card or bank transfer. After the successful conclusion of the transaction, a confirmation e-mail about the receipt of the order and payment is sent to the specified e-mail address.
Procedure for resolving disputes
Dispute situations are resolved through communication between the buyer and ariteh.eu (seller/service provider). If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, observing the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
