• By using the purchased goods, the buyer confirms its conformity, and the product will not be accepted for return. Before using the product, familiarize yourself with its instructions, as damaged due to improper use cannot be returned.
  
  

• The refunded amount will be deducted using the same payment method the customer used for the transaction, within 10 working days after receiving the buyer's written withdrawal. The seller may withhold the refunded amount until the buyer returns the product to the store or provides shipping confirmation documents.
  
  

• In the case of a refund, the bank commission fee is covered by the buyer. Refusing the product does not result in a refund for the delivery.
