Digitalization of Company Management — ERP System Implementation
ARiTeh successfully implemented a comprehensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to digitalize and modernise internal company management processes. The project was co-financed by the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) under the Latvian National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The project involved the full deployment and configuration of an integrated ERP solution covering financial management, procurement, project tracking, human resources, and client relationship management. The implementation has significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced administrative workload, and enabled data-driven decision-making across all departments.
Key outcomes include: streamlined internal workflows and document management; real-time financial and project reporting; improved traceability of resources and project costs; enhanced capacity for future business growth and digital transformation.
